Items must be unaltered, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

• Delivery: Contact us at +965 92210536 to arrange pickup (fee: 2.000 KWD), or

• In-store return: Visit our branch for a free return: Kuwait, Hawally, Salmiya, Bustan Mall, Mezzanine

Damages / Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items such as hosiery, undergarments, bikinis, bottoms, and swimming pants (per Kuwait law), as well as gift cards, cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Return the item first; once approved, place a new order.

Refunds

• Delivery: We’ll notify you once the item is received and inspected.

• In-store return: You’ll be informed immediately at the counter.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

• للطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن 15 د.ك، يكون الشحن مجانيًا، وإلا يتم تطبيق رسوم شحن بقيمة 2 د.ك.
